Caravans and tents camping in Derbyshire
at Mill Farm in Barlow

Tents, caravans and motorhomes are all welcome at the Mill Farm Barlow village campsite.  The site is also suitable for medium sized caravan rallies.   Tents and caravans are sited separately.
Barlow lies on the edge of the Peak District in north Derbyshire, mid way between Sheffield in South Yorkshire and Chesterfield.

The recently landscaped campsite is well equipped and on level ground with plenty of hardstanding, so inclement weather is not normally a problem.

Disabled campers should find the site particularly easy to negotiate.
Electric points are provided and a new, large and well equipped toilet and shower block has recently been completed.

Each caravan plot with hard-standing is surrounded by hedges offering a degree of privacy. The plots measure roughly 25 x 30 yards and provide a picnic table and a large grassed play area.

If required, cottage accommodation is available on site. Visit www.millfarmcottages.com or phone 0114 289 0543 for details.

By arrangement with Barlow Fishery, campers with an interest in fishing will find the eight lakes and the fresh water brook below the campsite to be an irresistible draw.  Ideal for a fishing holiday. Matches can be staged on two of the lakes - one with a capacity for 15 pegs and the other can accommodate 20 anglers. Phone Dave on 07836 570066 for match prices and open matches or club bookings.
Angling day tickets are always available on site. The fishing ponds are open all year round.
Dogs are allowed and they are certain to appreciate some of the nearby woodland walks. They must be kept under control at all times.... and
please clean up after them.

There is a snack bar near the second coarse lake serving tasty cooked snacks and soft drinks and there is a farm shop on site catering for most everyday requirements.
